Post Properties & The Weitzman Group This CDROM was created for the proposed Triangle project in Austin, Texas. Our visualization tools enabled Cencor and The Weitzman Group to present a clear case to land planners and city zoning boards. The CDROM will also serve as a marketing tool once the Triangle is ready to begin seeking tenants. Upper left: This site plan shows available lease spaces in red. Rolling the cursor over a building gives the viewer more detailed information such as usage and square footages for each leasable space. Clicking on the building, sends the viewer to a larger floorplan complete with dimensions and a grid. Upper right: We created this map to show the location of the Triangle and its proximity to other points of interest in Austin. Bottom: We created this tour using one of their architectural renderings and had Impulse Images do the 3-D architectural modelling and rendering. We then assembled the 3-D modelling with photography from the actual site so viewers could see the project in its actual surroundings. The tour consists of three Panoramic nodes and one Flyaround that shows before and after aerial views of the Triangle. We also included their contact information as well as links to their websites. The CDROMs are also used to give presentations on laptops and projector screens. |
